While visiting Baltimore this past weekend, I was surrounded by top notch athletes and preppy chic senioritas, but I couldn’t help but to notice one article of clothing that blatantly stood out. That would be the Barbour jacket.
Classically known to be the go-to jacket for your ultimate prepster, I dare to differ. My eyes laid upon a plethora of fashionistas {downtown hipsters in skinny black jeans to the upper east side lovies pairing it with a classic Audrey Hepburn styled dress and heels}. This jacket shows that it can be worn in many versatile ways {my favorite style is the Classic Beaufort!}…and in many versatile ‘hoods! Barbour always adds that hip finishing touch to any look.

Before I headed to Baltimore for the Princeton vs. UNC lax game, I was honestly thrown into a huge pickle. Do I wear a chic dress and heels like the good ole Southern days surrounded by handsome gents in navy blazers at football games? Or do I dare flaunt the casual look like in my Syracuse University years and throw on a team spirit hoody and relaxed jeans? Somehow I fell into the middle for this lax game. And luckily, I grabbed my Barbour right before my apartment door closed {rushing to catch a party bus taking us down there!}. It was the perfect choice!
