One of my favorite things about working in real estate is exploring the amazing market, new developments and the luxe flats around NYC. Some of which I have to admit are beyond breathtaking. And although I would love to keep what I see on a daily basis on the hush-hush, there’s absolutely no fun in that…at all! So, I recently decided to invite some close friends to come over to one of my bosses listings over at 50 Gramercy Park North {16A to be exact}. And I have to admit, this place was a dream to entertain in! Best part? This bad boy just came on the market. Hola!
