Don’t Forget That Powdered Sugar Now…

Buttery, rich and velvety chocolate has my name written all over it. So when I spotted this decadent-looking brownie recipe in a cookbook stirred up in Thomas Keller’s fabulous Ad Hoc restaurant, I knew it just had to be made!

Was it the melted butter hugging the cocoa and chopped chocolate into a long kiss? I don’t know but my kitchen smelled better than a Hershey bar heaven…the aroma was out of this world!

For a chef as fancy pants as Keller, this brownie recipe was amazingly easy. After melting the butter and chopping the chocolate, it was a pretty simple “mix it up and dump it” right into the pan. With my brownies good to go, now all I needed was the oven…

Pull them out and mmmmm you have yourself some delectable Ad Hoc brownies to serve to all ages and sizes! You can serve with ice cream or they are down right delicious solo, but don’t forget that powdered sugar now…! B+H
