Mannerly Monday: Housing A Staff Full Of Givers

Since it’s Mannerly Monday and all, I couldn’t think of a better way to start off a plethora of gift guide posts than one about the gift of giving in itself. This past weekend while I was visiting my gracious family in Nashville, I had put at the top of my to-do list to hit up Husk after having such a wonderful experience there this summer. And boy, this place certainly didn’t fail to impress, yet again. Hola!

Not only was I excited to try Husk’s daily menu, but to also see their well-known chef {lets just say this guy has even cooked for President Bill Clinton, Rudy Giuliani, and Steven Spielberg!}, Morgan McGlone. When I met Morgan at Husk this summer, we instantly became pen pals, so I couldn’t wait to show off his talent + friendship to the rest of my family at this holiday weekend meal. But, let’s just say this gift giving act of kindness from Morgan was one that went over and beyond! I couldn’t believe how gracious not only he was, but his friendly staff as well. Which is why I’ve chosen to show off Husk and kick off the gift giving week in the right way!

Not only would this place be a fabulous pick to take a friend or loved one out for a holiday dinner, but it’s the ideal spot in Nashville to give friends gift certificates for a full wine + dine experience. Imagine the joy of unwrapping one of their enticing gift hampers, filled with culinary delights and fine wines! But don’t forget to tell them Bonjour + Hola sent you their way, now y’all!
