ELEVATION OF CAFFEINATION

Ken Fulk, the interior designer behind Legacy Records restaurant in Hudson Yards and The Battery in San Francisco, recently got on board last fall for Felix Roasting Co, a new “coffee concept” located in the heart of Park Avenue South. Housing delicious green coffee beans {sourced from all over the world}, this new + hip venture is the spot to devour the most elegant caffeine in the city.

Fulk not only designed the detailed space, but he also became a partner in the new avant-garde café. Esteemed hotelier, Matt Moinian, serves as the owner and managing partner, while Reagan Petrehn, is Felix Roasting Co’s native coffee expert. And oh, I cannot wait to see where this new trendy concept of a shop {backed with the most talented team} explodes off to next! LA, por favor?

Making a true visual trend, Felix Roasting Co. coffee is decked to the walls with copper details galore, customized enclosures, and the most sophisticated of flooring. Luckily, I was recently in NYC this past weekend for a trip with my family, so we got to go check out the innovative space!

Not only is this a place to upgrade your typical morning coffee run, it’s been designed to make you feel right at home and stay for awhile. Surrounded by the most beautiful of blooms to friendly faces behind opened laptops + vintage books, this is the chicest café to be seen in town.

it’s all in the details

Best part? Felix’s barista made their famous Hickory-Smoked S’mores Latte right before our eyes!:

torch, torch, torch

it’s a hickory-smoked s’more latte, indeed!

oh la la!

and voila!

topped with a torched marshmallow, of course!

Whether you’re craving a new place to meet friends over the most delicious coffee, or just want to start your morning right with an elevated coffee routine {that’s actually worth getting out of bed for}, then look no further than Felix Roasting Co. The new trend of caffeination has officially arrived! B+H
