There were so many colors jumping out at me as I was walking through the busy “racetrack” layouts of my favorite department stores in the city. New perfumes, makeup collections and palettes. All beautiful. But, I couldn’t help but notice one nail polish color that kept staring directly at me through strategically-lit glass cases. Blue.
