Kenneth Cole has always been a designer I’ve admired {partly because I can always find something fabulous and black in his stores!}, but my admiration has now gone up even more after a his recent collaboration with up and coming designer, Brian Burkhardt.
Project Accessory winner, Brian Burkhardt, has been given the opportunity intertwine his creative mind into the KC world. Burkhardt has brought a new look to Kenneth Cole’s accessories, allowing consumers to pair a chic outfit with a unique clutch, belt or bracelet. I’m obsessed.
I recently had the opportunity to attend a cocktail party celebrating this collaboration. This hip styling event had all of us raising champagne glasses, munching on cupcakes and of course, browsing all of the new merch!
I had the best time getting to know both Kenneth and Brian, and was intrigued by Brian’s accessories. So much, that I just had to ask him a few questions about his inspirations and thoughts behind the designs.
