B+H Top Weekend Pick: Keep Calm and Spritz On

Been brand loyal to Miss Dior Cherie for years? That would be me! But then again, who wants to wear the same fragrance all the time? For the last month, I’ve been on the hunt for a new fragrance to spice it up! Luckily, while walking down Crosby Street, this girl walked into the swankiest store called MiN.

Flying in unique perfumes, candles and other hard to find products from all over the world, MiN is an Atelier that has been providing their brand loyal customers with rare scents for the past two years!

I wondered around the entire place, observing every shelf and every detail on each package…I loved this store so much that I just had to learn about their cool bespoke services they provide too!

MiN’s owner, Chad Murawczyk, told me all about their bespoke services, which allows you to privately come into their store, tell their fragrance specialist what scents you crave {floral, oak, etc}, what you’re looking for {a date, evening, day, etc. scent}, and then they will walk you through a detailed selection of hard to find scents they believe you will love! Did I mention they serve as a speakeasy for private mixology events? Hola!

I fell head over heels for a candle line called Cire Trudon, which happens to be the oldest candle making company in France. All so mysterious and beautiful! They even had a Lily of the Valley scent {Alpha Phi’s flower}!

I’ve also been on the hunt to find a great shaving cream for my man! Chad suggested this one from Taylor of Old Bond Street and said it was incredibly popular and reasonably priced. Done!

I was overwhelmed with new perfumeries, scents and down right cool products that it took me a bit to leave!

After many sniffs, I finally found “the one” from Carner Barcelona {scent: Tardes}. It will definitely be on my top three list of scents for the year! This is the perfect place to pop into over the weekend, find the scent for you, and then start flaunting it out into the wee hours of the night!

But the floral spritzing isn’t over yet readers! Next week, my good friend, Julia Corker Spickard, will be guest blogging about her wedding, experience leading up to it and her top tips to those who have recently been proposed to or are close to that special moment. Trust me, y’all are going to love this!

Until then…Keep Calm and Spritz On!
